[cups.general] suddenly cups isn't sharing printers

This one I fixed, browseing was turned off in client.conf

And it has no client.conf, although adept claims its installed.  Is this an 
error?
I turned up the debugging, and an lpstat -d -p -h coyote now returns this:

And I have NDI how to fix the authentification issue, which doesn't appear 
to be discussed in the 1.2.2 web page help.
