remove obselete printer from trashed server

What does lpstat -v say on those boxen where it is still listed? (-v
tells the backend URI used for a printer, and if you see s.th. like

    ipp://name-or-ip/printers/oldname

you know there is still a box "name-or-ip" on your network that has
the logical printer installed, and broadcasts it to the rest).

Also, what value did the PCs in question use -- maybe a very long timeout
for browsed printers (see the setting "BrowseTimeout" in cupsd.conf)?
