I am unable to access the Cups Web Interface from a remote machine on the network and have not been able to find a solution to the problem online. It does not matter which browser I use it will not display the pages. Also I do not have a cupsys file in /etc/init.d and am not sure why or how to restart the server without it. I am running Ubuntu server.
