Well, the d00135-001 is the PDF generated from the base frame and is the 
only one that gives an error when being rendered by Ghostscript (8.64). The 
reason presumably is that the pages refer an annotations object which only 
contains en empty array.I vaguely remember that this has been an issue with 
gs for a long time (anren't sure if it conforms to the PDF spec, though), 
but Adobe reader does not complain.
The other two render fine with Ghostscript and print fine on both MacOS 10.5 
and SuSE Linux 11.1, both of which use different utilities to convert PDF to 
PostScript.

To do further analysis, it would be helpful to get the error_log (log level 
set to debug) spanning these three jobs.
