I ran:

  ./ipptest -v ipp://192.168.11.137/ipp get-printer-attributes.test

Got back from this:

    Get-Printer-Attributes:
        attributes-charset (charset) = "utf-8"
        attributes-natural-language (naturalLanguage) = "en"
        printer-uri (uri) = "ipp://192.168.11.137/ipp"

Get printer attributes using get-printer-attributes [FAIL]
        ERROR 0406 (Not Found) @ Mon Jun 21 16:30:05 2010

  ipptool -v ipp://192.168.11.137/ipp get-printer-attributes.test

hung, and when I did a ctrl-c:

 Not Found
IPP request failed with status client-error-not-found (Not Found)
