[cups] Windows bypasses cups drivers

Maartn,

I guess you overlooked something. I suggested
	color-pages-default=0,
with a trailing komma which is due to a bug in the filter (which will  
be fixed in a few days).
Don't forget to add the
*cupsFilter: "application/vnd.cups-postscript  0 colorfilter"
to your printer's PPD
