[cups] Print jobs pausing queue

Hi Brian,

you can define what should happen to a print queue in case an error
occurs while printing on this queue.

Please see the section "ErrorPolicy" in the documentation at
https://www.cups.org/documentation.php/doc-1.6/ref-printers-conf.html
